This is the Wudang Qigong form taught by Master Yuan Xiu Gang at his school in China. It is called Five Animals Qigong (Wǔ xíng qìgōng) and in Chinese it is written - 武当五形气功。This is filmed in Costa Rica at Playa Langosta at sunrise.
This is the perfect morning routine to do just when you wake up. The stretching and deep breathing will energize you for the rest of your day.
When training Qigong, focus on the stillness during each pose and breathe deeply to the belly (dantian) with diaphragm breathing. At the end of each pose, be still and breathe deeply examining your body for any tension that still exists and focus on relaxing that area.
This is the best time to focus on yourself and by concentrating only on the movements, you can push all of your stressful thoughts away. Allow yourself to focus strictly on your body and let your mind relax and rest.
Feel free to follow along with the movements. When practicing on your own, try to do it 3 times on each side and breathe deeply 3 to 5 times when the posture is still during the movement and between each animal movement.

Question, Can this be practiced in the morning after an orgasm? From what little Chi kung experience I do have this is an issue.

I believe it can. Orgasm can deplete qi in the body, and these forms of Qi Gong are meant to both preserve existing Qi and augment our ability to gather Qi from outside sources like breathing air and eating food. In Chinese Medical Theory, there is a concept of a number of different categories of Qi. We're born with Yuan Qi - Original Qi - 元气 and it is never replenished. When we run out of it, we die. So Qi Gong attempts to slow down the loss of this Qi. We gather Gu Qi - 谷气 from food and Zong Qi - 胸气 from breathing air. They combine to create Zhong Qi - 宗气, which supplements the Yuan Qi that we lose throughout life. The Wudang Martial Arts and Qi Gong are really focused on creating balance in life. So, their advice is to not be too excessive in any one thing and to balance one thing out with another. So, finding the Yin and Yang in everything we do and experience. There is a Daoist Circadian Body clock schedule that ties different activities to the 5 elements and also the organs of the body and when they are most receptive or least receptive to certain activities. Sex and orgasm, is ideally practiced between 7pm to 9pm. 5am to 7am is a good time for waking, meditating and a restorative activity like QiGong. However, all that being said, we need to work around our different schedules and habits. We're not all identical. So, you need to do what feels right for you.

@@DaWeiGongfu Thanks, but just in case I decided not to try to practice this form this morning, I will wait until tomorrow morning.
