Three days of beach hunting has left me beat up and sunburnt, so today I'll be taking you along for a sunset hunt that turns into a romantic midnight hunt. Haha!
Join me for my last night in Charleston to see what more we can find before the journey home.

Great hunt....wow...lots of coins!!! For me, the best times to be on the beach is very early in the morning or any time after 9PM....no people!! lol

Sterling silver, very nice!! Finding targets at 2am. You are dedicated, Lucky!! You said you raised the sensitivity, probably because the really packed down sand. I really enjoyed the hunt and make sure you've got sun block on. I know you already know that but I noticed your shoulders were pretty red. Happens to me when I'm wearing a tank top, lol

Another great hunt Gin. Darkness is The time for hunting coins in the open areas away from towns, cities and some of the people to be found there. Nothing but the beeps and bops to listen to. Relax back and let the machine do the talkin'. Easy listening. Easy does it. Let the hours fly by.

Great finds Gin! I much prefer the laid back beaches without so many folks. Sometimes it's just too "peopley" out there. 😁The night time hunts are a must for me ... fair complexion and too easy to burn. I hear that knee popping a while crouching. One of those tumblers for polishing cleaning rocks coins etc. 14 inches down penny! Wait till your really digging past 19 inches.

Great videography and a great subject...One thing about the nite time...not much chance of sunburn and early morning is usually the calmest at the ocean...Also, all the pennies are payments for your thoughts. Your dedication and ambition is shining thru the darkness and we all appreciate that 🙂

Nice beach and dedicated detecting (obviously warm enough that late). Busy enough location for good potential drops to find (like the elephant ring). You should consider detecting the pathway off the beach too as that'll be where people put their hands in and out of pockets & bags (dropping stuff) on the way back to their cars. Penny for your thoughts? [Juice still claims you're seeding Colorado with pennies ;-) ]

Another great episode Gin. Keep up the good work. By the way, you are a handful of women that can still keep her beauty in the wind and sand. You had mentioned the sensitivity setting. I always keep mine on high. It creates more squats and scoops but you never know what I may pass over

Awww, you are too kind. For whatever reason, on this machine I’d never even experimented with cranking the sensitivity up. I just assumed the manufacturer recommended settings were optimal. On this beach with few targets, cranking up the sensitivity made a big difference. I’ll probably always keep it that way now. Amazing how there’s always something new to learn.🙂🍀

Hope you're saving all the lead sinkers, aluminum scraps and copper. Keep in separate buckets. When you have enough, make a scrap run. You might as well make some money while cleaning up the beaches. 👍

Hey Gin, That looks like Sullivan's Island. I live in the Charleston area, and I have found my best finds on Sullivan's Island. If the sand is high, you find little, but if you catch it when there's a bit of beach erosion, you can do well. Love your videos. Thanks!!!

an evening romantic coin hunt nice :) try soaking your coins in vinegar and salt over night it works keep swinging Gin keep looking after your burn, you said turn up your sensitivity wow think i need to try that the beaches here are clean in my area ok going back thanks for sharing :)

It’s funny because I didn’t even know the ring was silver until the next morning. I couldn’t tell exactly what it was in the dark; just knew it was some sort of jewelry. You can soak those coins with concretions in apple cider vinegar for a few hours then clean them.

That was a great hunt! 2am? Wow, sounds like something I would do! I actually thought about getting one of those lights that you can wear on your hat and hunting at night because it’s been so hot during the daytime. Anyhow, I enjoy your videos! Good luck hunting!

You are such a Mega-cute detectress. I read that you use one of those Deus machines, pricey, I've read. I would expect they read quite deep and have multiple fine tunings.
