I must say the Shane Nolan episode on the main site was one of the best episodes ye have produced. Shane was a brilliant character. Keep up the good work. Well worth the subscription 👌
Ya want a nettle sting on each arm once a week from spring to fix that hay fever for summer I didn't believe it but died with hay fever for over 20years till I gave it a try and it has bothered me the passed three years it does something am told like retraining the body's system to react to nettles and not pollen regardless it does work never could cut my own lawns with out fits of sneezing and now no problems.
