Sorry dear friend, it's not what I wanted to say! What I was wondering is if you know to speak french... Because I thought that, in a part of Vietnam, people use french language. My island is in French Polynesia, in the Pacific, and we speak french. So, now I begin my routine and discover what is your new proposition: Thank you Hannah!!!

Sure 😊 As silly as it could sound, I think being really happy is key to having a healthy weight. Of course we should exercise, eat whole foods, sleep 8 + hours, reduce stress, and drink lots of water. And, when it's all said and done, think a lot of people eat more than they should, don't sleep a lot and don't exercise because they're unhappy. So, I always suggest trying to find things you really enjoy doing and try doing those more if possible
