Dear Ezz, this would greatly depend on the state of the heart-health. If someone has some serious heart problems already then this is not advisable to do at all. It would be better to do very gentle practices like Anulom Vilom (see my other video) . But if one is already quite healthy then this will strengthen the heart and Cardio-Vascular system. It's important - in case of High Blood pressure, to do the breathing techniques slowly, where you don't have to breathe too strongly because if you do, you'll activate the sympathetic nervous system (fight of flight mode) where you'll activate your spirit, and this is what you want to calm down.
