Just take it as sweet cause it's Brady and enjoy it while it lasts. 😉 I know l don't wanna see the day he finally does retire. I'm honored to witness this.
@@paulaveni1102 I wish I was a football fan much earlier. Now we are at the tail end of the Tom Brady era. But he and his new team are so much fun to watch.
I didn't get the change to start watching till it was literally 28-3 so imagine seeing that with so little time left. I was so crushed, but I didn't turn off the TV... I stayed and waited patiently for Tom to Raise his team from the Jaws of Defeat 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 so Beautiful to watch. I Cried 😭😭😭
Super bowl 38 was one of the all time greats until both of those games. It’s amazing to think of the idea that we had twenty years full on moments making the incredible seem routine. Every year we had multiple wins that would’ve been the landmark victory for the decade of any other franchise. It’s insane.
nah... Literally the falcons had one job and that was to run the ball and burn the clock out and kick a field goal in the end. Inexcusable loss for atlanta
Stephen A is a dope, Brady had plenty of ''Montana'' moments since his career had started. He threw the go ahead TD towards the end of that first Giants SB, not his fault the defense let him down
The drive in Superbowl 42 against the Giants with an undefeated season on the line was the greatest drive of his career by far. Asanti Samuel dropped a sure fire easy INT or they would be 19-0.
I've been watching some highlight reels from Brady's first year as a starter, when the Patriots were the improbable, underdog, Cinderella team that won it all. And in one of the reels, I think it was the Saints game, the announcer said, with some surprise, something to the effect that every Patriot put forth every effort on every play. That's their story. Every Patriot, every play, every effort. Let's see what happens when that kind of leadership hits the Bucs.
Well we've seen how it goes with the bucs. Theyre about to play the AFC championship game against the Packers whatever happens Tom got the bucs here now and he's still the GOAT Go bucs
Nikki Morris I’m here one day before super bowl 52 watching this. I hope we have another great night and offseason of celebrating. What a game that was.
@@a.d.7117 have you looked at butler's defensive numbers in the playoffs leading up to the super bowl? Opposing QB's had a 130+ qb rating when throwing to the receiver that butler was assigned. He was playing like trash and needed to be benched. That whole defense was shit
Yes ,I'll never Forget that Comeback.. It was a Long Day,of paceing and bitching at the TV .. lol my wife was in Arizona at the time ,and i texted her after it was 28-3 and said We need a Comeback!! ... and low and behold TB12 & the Patriots Struck agian .. Clearly the Greatest QB of all time, now he has 6 and is #StillHere !! #LetsGoPatriots
What do you mean Stephen A that Brady didn't come through against the Giants. The Giants were running through his offensive line beating the crap out of Brady all game long in SB 42 (2007). Yet, Brady took them down on the Patriot's last drive and stuck it in their ssa. The Patriot's defense dropped the Manning interception, then allowed Manning out of the grasp of a DL and then the ball stuck to the NYG WR's head. To finish it off, Jr Seau called Rodney Harrison off on the play that NYG took the lead. Brady had like 29 seconds which was too little against that defensive line. If he had another 60 seconds, I think he would have put it in their saa again. Brady came through in all SB's. It was the defense in all 3 losses that let them down by making the opposing crappy QB, look all world for one time in their career. This is why I don't have a hard time saying it's 80:20 Brady:Belichick ratio for who has meant the most to the Patriot's winning ways. I give Belichick most credit for the 1st SB and the last SB. I give Belichick full credit for the 3 losses. Thus, Belichick's record is 2-3. Brady IMO is 4-0 and should be 7-0.
Mark McDermott nobody wants to acknowledge the GIANTS played their ass off in both games, defense was dominate and yes we had no run game ( I was crushed after both games)
And here they are just a couple short years later, with 6 rings, and are 7-0 in the 2019/2020 season, making teams look stupid silly, and Tommy, still as cool as the other side of the pillow, #7 yeah, you know it's comin, a great man once said when asked which ring was his favorite out of all the championship's he's won, his response :"The next one!" Thomas Edward Brady, aka the G.O.A.T!!!
Ted Peterson I think he means when the patriots got the sack fumble recovery that kind of sparked the comeback. The camera cut to Brady on the sideline and you just kind of knew that he wasn’t going to go down without a fight.
Yes that shot on the sideline was when Brady gave “that look”. We’ve all become accustomed to routinely seeing what happens when Tom gets that look in his eye. Unbelievable
The decision by the Falcons to not run down the clock and kick the field goal to end the game after Julio Jones' catch got them to the 20 yard line gets overlooked as one of the worst coaching decisions in NFL history.
The pass on 3rd and 1 that leads to the fumble isnt good either. Just run it and if you dont the yard theres less than 8mins left and the pats have to go the length of the field twice
@@jollygrapefruit786 No we wouldn't. At best they would have run some more time off the clock. The win was basically guaranteed if they didn't lose yards.
Tom is just the best QB . Everyone knows it . Tom faces the best from everyone when you play Brady you play harder faster smarter cause if there’s one you wanna beat it’s the best , him . Like the Bulls with MJ , they faced determined teams every night every game was hard for the bulls they had to win against a team that was bringing it . Brady gets the same so he brings the Same . Now Toms teammates are on board and following his lead ! They’ll be tough cause there playing as a Team and their QB is a great one ! The Best ! It would feel good being on a trash truck if you looked over and you had Tom Brady as your partner !!
And after all that, there was 6, and there are still, though few, who argue against......fuck it, much more reason to go for 7, will take any motivation you will give us
Tom Brady is & will always be the GOAT! I respect those that came before him: Montana, Bradshaw, Roger the Dodger, Elway, Farve, Starr, the Sheriff, etc. & those that are still playing: Rodgers, Stafford, Mahomes, Joe Cool, Allen, Smiley Face, etc. But regardless of what all those other QB's have accomplished, none of them, I repeat, NONE OF THEM are as AMAZING as The 🐐 whn it matters the most! #ClutchGene #SevenIsHeaven #LFG
Janes White was always a badass... always... he is very underrated like Brady... but he can’t do anything about that... but my favorite running back by far...
1) SB 49. Back to back touchdown drives to end the game to complete 10 point comeback against one of the best defenses of the decade. 2) SB 51 28-3 3) SB 52 505 yards, 3 tds 4) 2019 AFC title game. First road playoff win in 14 years, converted 3 straight 3rd and 10s in ot knowing full well the d was not going to stop Mahomes if he gets the ball. 5) SB 38. 354 yds, 3 tds, game winning drive. 6) Tuck Rule Game. Overcame 10 point 4th quarter deficit, game winning drive, 312 yards in 4+ quarters of heavy snow. 7) SB 54. 3 touchdowns no picks, but due to the Bucs D holding the Chiefs to 9 Brady didn’t need any heroics or game winning drive. Maybe not fair to hold that against him, but it is what it is. 8) 2018 AFC title game. Jaguars had a great D, overcame 10 point 4th quarter deficit with back to back touchdown drives all while losing Gronk in the first half. 9) 2016 AFC title game. Brady was pounded into oblivion by one of the best defenses of the decade but managed to get the pats within a failed two point conversion from sending the game to ot. His 4th down throw to Gronk on that drive is one of the best of his career. 10) 2008 divisional game. 26/28 3 tds, and one of those incompletions was an easy drop by Watson. Not exactly stiff competition or the highest stakes, but simply a tour de force performance.
I was watching this game and I could not believe it happened as it happened in front of my eyes . Crazy impossible . Flash forward , now , 2021 TB 12 won 2 more , he won a SB Ring every OTHER year since SB49 Sea hawks game , SB49,51,53,55 , this man is NOT human . He might be from Krypton for all we know!
To Steven A's point: I will always wonder if Joe had not been traded when he was, would he/they have won five or six? After all, Steve won a SB in Joe's stead, albeit later. Maybe, just maybe, Joe gets five or six in his career. Nothing taken from TB, the goat.
Idk how people can make an argument for a better player in the history of the NFL. And better yet, the arguments are for guys who aren't even quarterbacks, you know, far and away the most important position in sports!! If you don't have a qb , 9/10 your team will suck... I say 9/10 because somehow Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson won superbowls
The Pats blocked a extra point in this game and the refs called a bs penalty that even Troy Aikman said wasn't a penalty add that to the Pat's missing a extra point and that was really a difference maker in the game
Steve young... wow I expected better... but he is watching the greatest to ever play his position.. so I get it. What a game... I truly feel terrible for Atlanta..
This is the GREATEST nightmare 19 minutes or one of them I've every watched. Plus, there was also a lot of luck went into this.. Don't have time to talk about them..Just luck and a very bad holding call that was at at important time..Makes you wonder who they wanted to win?? Even the people calling the game basically said it was crap!!! Which it was!!!!
I don't blame u for calling it your GREATEST nightmare, but u have to put a 100% of the blame on your idiot coach. The falcons had the ball on the 20 yard line, first down, and an 8 point lead. All they had to do was take a knee 3 times, force the Pats to use their timeouts and kick an easy field goal. Game Over! Why he decided to throw it 3 times is beyond understanding. It's the second stupidest coaching decision since Pete Carroll decided to throw the ball on 2nd and goal. In the end, the better team won. #onto#7
@@parsonsprod The debate still rages: did the Pats win it or did the Falcons lose it? I say the Patriots took advantage of their opportunities; opportunities that were handed to them on a silver platter by the Falcons. Throw in a little luck (Edelman catch), some piss-poor clock management by the Falcons, a missed block by Freeman, and there you have it. Also, the Falcons had relied on big plays all season long, and they just couldn't seem to play "small ball" when they had to. It came back to bite them in the ass in the 4th quarter.
This will probably be the Patriots last Super Bowl win. They could have won last year but Belichick benched Malcolm Butler and the team is kind of falling apart around him. Big Pats fan here but I think they have won it for the last time. Best Super Bowl of all time, and that's saying a lot after their win over the Seahawks two years earlier, and the shocking upset of the Rams in 2001.
I will gladly post a video of my slapping myself silly if they win it this Feburary. They will win the AFC East without any trouble but I think the Jaguars or Texans could give them a run for their money in the playoffs
Keep in mind that Tom Brady put up 500 yds without Edelman and with a Cooks who didnt really mesh well with Brady. He'll have back Edelman, still has Gronk and White, will have Patterson who may follow in Edelman's footsteps to become a great reciever, as well as Sony Michel, who scored the game-winning TD against OU in the Rose Bowl, completing their own great comeback. So this New England offense should be stronger than the one that put up 500 yds in a super bowl, as long as the o-line doesnt collapse on Brady at the worst possible time again. On the defensive side, Hightower will be back, anchoring the linebacker core. And lest we forget, Hightower and Edelman, both of whom missed super bowl 52, made two of the biggest plays of super bowl 51.
Only skip bayless can compare Brady to Jordan, they are 2 totally different sports. JORDAN is JORDAN the G.O.A.T of NBA. BRADY is Brady, the G.O.A.T of NFL. Why even try and compare them 🤔🤣🤣🙋♂️🙋♂️🤦♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
