350 g leftover biscuits (12 oz)
120 g butter (1/2 cup)
200ml whipping cream (sweetened) (4/5 cup)
250 g cream cheese (1 cup)
2 tablespoons sugar
powdered sugar, chocolate chips (optional)
- break the biscuits with your hands or with a blender
- mix the cookies with the butter and pour half of the dough into a foil pan or plate (20 cm - 8 in pan)
- put it in the freezer and prepare the cream
- prepare the whipped cream and also add the cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of sugar
- pour the cream into the base leaving a small space on the edge
- pour the second half of the dough starting from the edges
leave it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or in any case until ready to serve, leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes
