I merely pointed out that I did not see what the original commenter stated and asked where in the movie it was supposed to have occurred in order to verify for myself that it did actually occur. As the top corner suggests its a promotional series promoting their game(I believe it's a card game) so they made these series to promote it because they aren't supposed to be cannon and just straight action.

If you remember watching the Dragon ball Super tournament and at the end when Android 17 made his wish for ALL universes that were destroyed to come back, it also included universes that weren't part of the tournament and all these other already evil characters came back and started doing what they do best ..
