Hey Kayla, I’m 60 yrs old and was on a diet last year at 261lbs I was able to lose 18 lbs. I lost my husband to heart disease and gained back some.. currently I’m at 253. I think your meals are great and I am definitely going to be watching more of your videos you are so encouraging and your food looks so delicious. Who knew healthy eating could be so delicious

I have to say, I LOVE your recipes! Because of digestive issues, I cannot have a lot of raw fruits and veggies. I love that most of your recipes include lots of cooked veggies and/or lightly processed fruit. And many are gluten and dairy free!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️🙌🙌🙌

Hi Kayla my husband had open heart surgery 7 years ago an we ate healthy for a little while an soon fell back into eating wrong but I didn't have the knowledge of cooking any other way. Now watching your videos I'm actually finding fun in cooking healthy. Thanks any ideas. Oh an you inspiring me an reading your comments also inspire me but my mom who is 65 is eating healthier an niegbors an my sister friends I guess I have become a inspiration to them which really makes me feel good. The recipes are delicious! 😋 I was a bit nervous about the breakfast but my husband text me saying it was really good and I couldn't wait to get up and eat it lol! It was delicious! It took me a little longer to prep because I don't have a food processor or waffle maker but I made it work (pancake style) 🙃 😅 I would probably have a harder time if you didn't include other ways to make the food or give alternatives so, I appreciate you even more for that. You make things so easy to follow. TYSM! 💕 Some of my favorite recipes have been the egg frittata, broccoli salad, stuffed sweet potato, and the breakfast sausages 😋 👌🏼

This is my fave meal prep so far!!!! Want to make every recipe! Just to let you know though those shrimp you had are fully cooked, not raw! They are gray when they are raw. I actually prefer to use those when cooking them because the already cooked (pink/orange) get tough SO quickly!
The shrimp she used are naturally pink in color. They were definitely raw as it said it on the bag. But I know what you mean about the pre-cooked shrimp. I never buy those.
I have tried all of your meal preps and they are all delicious! I always feel better after eating just a few days worth. My son loves the food as well (I always have to make extra for him, especially anything including turkey sausage!). Our favorites are the egg frittata, broccoli salad, and avocado egg salad. I have told everyone I know to check out your channel. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR ALL THE TIME AND ENERGY YOU GIVE TO HELPING PPL EAT HEALTHIER!
I just wanna say that your meal preps are a life saver. I have ADHD and have found it so hard to meal prep because I get so overwhelmed and man...executive dysfunction is real. So even if I don't stick super close to the calorie count I feel 1000 times better and eat less junk through the week. I really can not say thank you enough lol having to figure out the calories/macros, make a grocery list., prep etc. I quit so many times because it was just too much. Love you and your videos!

I have liver disease so prepping when I feel good is important. Thanks for these tips and meals. Many of us eat low sodium. A lot of your recipes are liver friendly.
The shrimp fajitas were SO DELICIOUS 🤤🤤🤤 highly recommend!!!! The chicken pasta salad was wonderful too and so easy for a work lunch. I divide the portions into 4 meals for this instead of 5. I workout and have a job where I'm on my feet all day so I need larger portions and more protein. I work 4 10's so this works perfectly for me!!! I love your meals and have been so incredibly happy since starting them. You are changing lives!!!!
Thank you for the food prep videos! I've done 2 weeks so far. This week I could not get the sweet potato waffles to work at all! I don't know what I did wrong? 😫So mine turned into hash. LOVE, love, love the shrimp tacos. I used the Siete almond tortillas. Yum!

Ms. Kayla, I just got done meal prepping this for the week. I am very overweight and trying to finally treat my body the way it deserves. I'm taking steps to getting healthy and I LOVE IT! My next step will involve your meal prep for weight loss. I'm on a 1200 calorie plan right now, so your 1400- 1600 calorie recipes will certainly help me stay on my journey while encorporating more nutritious food options. And they help me stay on a lower carb and sugar diet! Thank you SO much!!

Try making banana/egg waffles next time instead with a bit of ground oats to thicken consistency, then instead of the side of fruit do a side of cubed roasted sweet potato "hash" so you're still getting relatively the same nutrition and calories

Just meal prepped breakfast for the hubby since he takes his lunch at 9 am and made double batch for me and my kids it’s super delicious 🤤 thank you so much it’s a plus for me because I’m breastfeeding and sweet potatoes help with lactation AND the waffles taste like fall !! ❤️❤️

I am a picky vegetable eater so it's hard for me but I love your videos and would love to give the lemon garlic chicken pasta a try.
