I have pretty bad anxiety and sometimes it turns into full blown panic attacks. I’ve been knitting for years and I have a one row, go to knitting pattern for a scarf that I use to help curb my anxiety. Since you taught me to crochet these last few months, I’ve been looking for an easy one row crochet pattern, and this is it! I crocheted myself out of an anxiety attack with it this morning. Thank you, Crystal. Your tutorials have helped me so much these last months and I wanted you to know. ❤
Crochet and knitting shuts down my anxiety and depression. Actually, more so than medications ever have. Now, if only my arthritic hands will Cooperate.
I tried to learn this from a crochet stitches book and got so frustrated! Then I checked RU-vid, and sure enough, the best crochet teacher had a tutorial. Thank God for you, Crystal. 😊
I too have anxiety issues and crochet has always been an escape for me. I love your tutorials! This stitch is so pretty. I am going to make something with it for sure! Thank you! Enjoy your time off!
Thank you, Crystal! I've done this stitch a few times before, but never knew the name of it. I'd bought a damaged shawl from a thrift store so that I could take it apart for the yarn, and it was made using this stitch on portions of it. I figured out how to do it when I pulled it out, LOL! So I used the yarn from the shawl and this stitch to make a scarf. I've also used it for washcloths with bamboo yarn. Thank you for finally putting a name to the stitch for me! 💜
I’ve been crochet for over 30 years. I’m always looking for more patterns . I love to crochet , it is very relaxing. So if anyone has new patterns. I would appreciate knowing any patterns. This stitch look very nice. Can’t wait to get started making it. I like the idea that the instructor tells u how to do it. Thank you for that. I know how to read patterns but this is much easier for me. I also have anxiety issue & crochet helps me with that issue. It calms me down.
This is so pretty. All these stitches you do are so amazing. I cannot imagine how people come up with different stitches all the time. Could they have had so many back in Victorian times? Perhaps, with all the lace making they did. It blows my mind! 💕💕💕
Crystal I learned how to crochet from you...I’ve been crocheting for about 8 years...I’m pretty fussy about everything I do..but I’ve made so many throw blankets for my whole family...I’ve also made over 2 hundred of your beautiful Teacups, and your coasters too..I had not made Pot Holders for a long time, so I was having a lot of problems getting them even on the sides, but I think I have got now..I want to thank you for how easy you make it...Thanks hun.. Maggie May
Crystal, thank you for another pretty stitch that I can add to my saved crochet stitches. It really is a pretty little stitch that I'll be able to do without any counting except on my beginning chain. That's always a nice one to have when listening to audiobooks while I crochet. Blessings!
This is simple but pretty. I think it will be easy, which is good. I am making doll blankets for my great nieces. 7 of them. I think I will make the moms of the doll one to match. I plan on using ombre yarn that makes stripes as it goes. ALSO THANK YOU FOR THE VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS, much easier to understand what you are doing. God bless you.
I really like the way this stitch looks. It is so pretty to be so simple, Thank you, Crystal for an another easy to follow tutorial. I am still a beginner, but I don't think this stitch will look like a beginner!
Thank you so much Crystal. I’m going to have to learn to crochet a lot faster to be able to do all these stitches. Your tutorials are very easy to follow.
I crochet mostly for stress relief so I like simple patterns especially since I make items for charity. I do like learning more complicated stitches for special items I make. So thanks alot for all the tutorials.
I have just come across your channel as I rediscover the joy of crochet in my retirement. I want to thank you so much for your wonderful stitch tutorials. I have so many new stitches I want to try!😊
