Hi, I use a local Singapore brand called Redman. To keep it from sticking I sometimes rub my hands with shortening. If the fondant is too runny I will dust it with a little icing sugar. To keep the fondant in shape, I usually add a pinch of CMC powder or Xanthan Gum to my fondant before start to sculpt. Hope this answers your question. Thank you
