-Ingridients:
-2 kilos of pork ribs
-2 teaspoons of coarse salt
spices 1 tablespoon
(marjoram, oregano, thyme, basil)
-a spoonful of garlic powder
a teaspoon of paprika powder
-a spoonful of mustard
-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Description
-remove the membrane from the ribs
because in the end we easily pull the bones
-2 teaspoons of coarse salt
-spices 1 tablespoon
(marjoram, oregano, thyme, basil)
-a spoonful of garlic powder
-a spoonful of mustard
a teaspoon of paprika powder
pour with warm water
mix with a hand mixer
-the spice mix comes together nicely and makes the flavor
coat the baking tray with oil
-put two sprigs of rosemary on the bottom
-a little spice mix
-place the ribs on top of the mixture
-cover the pork ribs with the spice mixture
It will be better if we let the pork ribs stand for a while
Bake in the oven at 180 Degrees or 356 F
