Super easy simple egg roll or rolled omelette (Tamagoyaki or Gyeran Mari)
Korean egg roll is also called tamagoyaki. It’s also called Gyeranmari. It’s basically a rolled omelettete where you can put any type of ingredient in it. This video includes just two basic ingredients which are green onions and carrots with some salt and chicken bouillon to taste.
This dish can be eaten with anything. Most of the time this is put in lunch boxes. In Hawaii we have these in our Korean plate lunches.
This is super easy to cook and it only takes a few minutes. If you want the carrots softer, you might want to cook the carrots first before putting it in your egg mix.
