@@ezunreal Pls help..how do you delete the floor option and in plugins procedural mine only shows procedural mesh on the bottom not the one your mentioning the content generation..I dunno what to do here i got 5.3
Why is everyone saying this is so great? I have a really good computer with 32GB of ram, and unless I turn my settings all the way down to low, the frames drop to like 8-9 fps, and that gets rid of shadows, and really everything that makes this look good.

Ok, if your input node doesn't have Landscape option proceed as follows: Select the 'input' node, go to settings-pins-index[0] under allowed types select Landscape. Then continue the tutorial as spected
So at 5:49 my input node does not have an arrow to pull down so i cannot connect landscape with surface. Also my Surface Sampler is called "SurfaceSamplerNode" which is slightly different than yours. and it doesnt have any arrows either. It jsut has in and out., Im very frustrated as there is no reason at all that it should be different than yours. So annoying. EDIT so i fixed it by clicking on the "input" node and under the settings "input" i clicked show advanced" and those options now come up on the node. HOWEVER, i cannot fix the "surfacesamplernode" it jsut has in and out and there is nothing in the settings to fix it. Im so annoyed. I nfact there are no arrows and options for staticmesh sampler node either. Why is yours different than mine? its ridiculous

Hello, Make sure that you have connected the Output pin of the Surface Sampler node to the Input pin of the Transform Points node1. This is a common mistake that can prevent the PCG Component from generating any points. Hope that helps.

Hey bro. Just wanted to say you are amazing. I have a question. I have an iMac 2019. 64GB Ram. 8GB gpu. core i9 cpu. I know it's old. but I get 5 fps when I look at the forest (even at lowest quality with all the rendering stuff turned off). Do you think I should buy a pc(lap-top)? if so what is you are recommendation for something that I can use for 4-5 years?
Heyoo! If the DESCRIPTOR button isn’t showing, make sure you’re using the right version of Unreal Engine 5 and that all plugins are up to date. Also, check that you’ve selected the correct settings in the Static Mesh Spawner. Sometimes restarting Unreal Engine can help refresh the UI.
Heyo! Try opening Unreal Engine in Safe Mode by holding Shift while launching your project. If that doesn’t work, you might need to remove the plugin files from the Plugins folder in your project directory manually. Hope that helps!
