Play Mah Jongg with 3 people and yes, do the Charleston. The Charleston is important. It shuffles the tiles between the players without introducing new tiles among the players. Remember, you can't pass or acquire Jokers in the Charleston. So try this more authentic and easy way of doing the Charleston with 3 players that prevents you from acquiring Jokers during the Charleston. Have fun!
