This was so helpful and such a blessing to me. My anxiety makes me smothery and I freak out, hyperventilate, get more smothery, etc. It's a terrible and vicious cycle with all the symptoms but fear, smothering, dizziness and tachycardia are my worst. I just had a terrible bout of smothering and was frantic so I prayed and searched for something to help. I found this and tried it and it help me significantly. Thank you for this. But it didn't work. I tried it several times and I felt nothing. I am a lucky person though. I rarely get depressed. I have a WONDERFUL service dog that let's me know if I'm going to have a seizure or heart problem and brings me meds and something to drink. She also does the funniest shit that makes me and everyone laugh. So I don't really get depressed, not with her around it's almost impossible. She's the greatest. But thanks for that, I will try that again.
Please look for another alternative. Theres one for the ears on RU-vid as well. Just look up anxiety relief and it's in the shorts. Please don't hurt yourself.

Ironically I was getting anxiety not knowing if I was doing it right. I have severe anxiety that keeps me from sleeping more than a couple hours so I need all the help/info I can get.
