Original insoles don't offer any support. Never size up to accomodate an insole. Superfeet can actually reduce your shoe size by up to half a size by preventing your foot from elongating when striking the ground. They should always be trimmed to the size of your original insole or 1-2mm shorter for flex. I was a superfeet and running shoe dealer for 18 years.
