It still is quite unfriendly towards people of other faiths. Saudi is investing a lot in the tourism industry and I think this vlog by Mr.Torvashu is a part of influencer marketing to motivate people to visit Saudi, hence only the good parts of Saudi are highlighted in the video. Saudi is still not so friendly towards the people of other faiths and still has a long way to go. However, I am optimistic that under the leadership of MBS, it will change for the better and will become more and more accommodating for non-muslims.
