Your editing is crazy. You go way beyond what is considered normal for such a video. Even the part with the snake game must have taken a long time and patience to do. Also have never seen the inside of a dishwasher before while it was on.
That hydrogen peroxide and UV light does it every time. Amazing how well it cleans up those yellowed plastics. Makes them look like new again. Thumbs Up!
That takes me back years and tear to when I used to sell these keyboard along with all the other Compaq kit , Great computers and an excellent restoration , it looks better than new!

@@Dashcam-FPVI saw someone else say it's hydrogen peroxide. I was looking for the same answer lol. will definitely look into this more, but Hydrogen Peroxide makes sense as it's the same thing you use to whiten your teeth in lower concentration
I really can’t stress enough how much work you put into this, and the talent you have when it comes to these types of things. The waiting, taking everything apart and putting it back together, all your tools and gadgets you use, and the editing of the video itself. I was over in Italy a couple of months ago visiting my sister who’s college took them there for a semester, but then we went to Paris and I just want to say that it was great, I got some great pictures of the Eiffel Tower in the morning and at night because of the sparkles. It was beautiful. I commented on one of your videos a while ago and the amount of likes it got and the amount of people who could relate just surprised me. Those Compaq keyboards bring back memories of my childhood, although I used a US version! Also, going through the dishwasher with the keyboard was oddly satisfying and brought me a giggle on a day when I'm generally not feeling that great, so thank you!

@@lisalally Both are oxidation agents that are powerful in combination. If you look back to a prior video he detailed the process; I think with another keyboard. Stay safe out there.

Years ago I had a temp assignment at the Hollywood Video Headquarters in the PC return area. Where they sent out and received PC from their stores as needed. I walked in to see a guy with a scrub brush washing a keyboard in a commercial size sink. It turns out most standard boards come apart and you set aside the foil and scrub the body parts. I've done this to the keyboard I'm on now at least once. That was one of my jobs while there on the temp assignment.
