@@Kiwi2703 Yes. I'm always surprised by the scale of everything. Even these 6 meters footpaths, they are huge. In my city, footpaths are usually much narrower. But then, runners might use the same antigravity devices as the flying train... ☁ it would look like the Wire fu scene in the old hong kong movies.

This build is just ridiculous. I'm floored. It's the best work in CS I've ever seen, by a significant margin. Take as long as you need and don't stop building. Please make backups of the work so you never lose it - I would be devastated if it were lost. Can't wait to see the end result too - all of your choices are spot on. Kudos

I really like that different districts have their own characters. And one of the thing I will love to see more than anything in this series is first person walkthrough on those cyberpunky bottom areas to the middle street and to the top eventually. I might be really tricky to do, but i think its possible to find a path skipping all interiors to do that, or just add couple of stairs here and there. The transition while going all the way up should be mindblowing. It probably will take like million hours to setup, but im sure those bottom levels deserve some attention!

I think what I enjoy about this build so much is the verticality, when yo udo the POV rides people seeing multiple levels but not many roads/terrain along side of it will give a completely different feel, having terrain increases with roads is common but making the whole train ride feel like your in and around the pedestrians at all times above or below will provide some amazing content man! Keep up the good work we're all loving it!

I love what you've ended up with here. The 'valley' effect definitely makes it feel so big from or even simply near the ground level perspectives, and while it is also truly just massive, it's also a matter of its shape. Though the wind in there must be kind of bad some days. Still, it works really well and does nicely compliment the 'circle square' (which is a great name by the way), and the darker green and alternate colors ensure what that really is a massive area almost entirely covered in pedestrian paths isn't just a swath of the same shade the whole way through. I was kind of worried about it at first, admittedly, but you solved that problem quick.

Please, add more high level bridges between skyscrapers, like you did it in this video. Cause (it's really long discussing in architects community) that if you have high density multi level space, you should think about how people going between interest points (read as - between skyscrapers) without going into lift down, then move to other point, then go up. Btw, those bridges will fit into your futuristic city so well, especially if you add more greens to them (that greens like you did it in Aurelia, when you added hanging greenery to hide the "pouring" of the channel directly into the urban area)

So sorry if you don't want suggestions, but at some point during either this episode or that last one I thought of an interesting concept. A compound/apartment block with a brutalist exterior, but an inner courtyard and roof structures that are really eco-modern and fancy and showy. So it goes from hard concrete to soft angles and greenery and lots of white and colours as opposed to just the bland concrete.

This is pure art. however I have to make a (hopefully) constructive criticism, since my urban planner senses are tingling : This place lacks some cross connection. The buildings, walways, colours are perfect, but the tram line is out of place in here. It cuts the place in half both visually and effectively. I would suggest at least two pedestrians crossings (like those in the station) and a kind of colour or architectural work on the railway. I hope it is of any help ! Thank-you for this beautiful series.

I'll try and do some algorithming that dispenses with the fanboy adoration of how beautiful the place looks, how expertly you manipulate everything and how comfortably you have a stream of consciousness voice that doesn't stumble but doesn't feel scripted and ask a technical question. Elevated walkways have little fences on the sides, but you have moved them underneath some surfaces. Have you used PO to get rid of the fences, lowered the walkways so that if someone looked closely those cims are all knee high in the raised surface, or have you done some other cunning trick?

They remind me a lot of the lower and lower-lower streets you find in Chicago, where there are layers of street atop one another, with the lower ones used mostly for service entrances. Main building entrances are mostly at the top level and that’s where you usually walk. There *are* some businesses on the lower levels though, such as the famous Billy Goat Tavern. The cyberpunk businesses make sense for a place like that, though they could just as easily be perfectly respectable businesses affecting a hip and trendy cyberpunk feel to attract a clientele who likes such things.
