Ahh...my childhood! My first owned game. I used to just walk around there just to hear the calming music. Truly was a different time then.. I truly miss it. The 90's were fantastic! Spending time outside, playing N64 alot, everyone communicated and not just to their phones... couch co-op in many games.. The world seemed happier then even.

Nostalgia is an amazing thing. Even something as simple as watching 64 era Mario snooze away makes me want to cry when its paired with this music.

To be honest, I feel at peace with this. I can’t explain it but it’s too beautiful for words! The way I see it is Mario revisits this place and he recalls on his many adventures he went through and he thinks that this is a good resting place for now. He lays sideways and dreams about the places he went to, and of course, the Italian dishes he loves and Peach. It’s also like a tribute to Charles Martinet. All good things must come to a rest and Mario decides that right here is the perfect spot for it. Nothing, but peace and tranquility.
