Makes sense to me. The original Mario was horizontal. Then you got diagonal Mario. So the only logical conclusion is now a vertical Mario.

That does look pretty awesome.. and Mari0 is a great version of mario. I struggled a little figuring out how to upload my levels on that game.. I made a whole world, music and a few custom backgrounds. I'd planned to buy mario maker 2 but then lockdown happened and console prices skyrocketed.. much like infection rates :p I really want to play around with mario universe but meh, I guess I'll have to wait. (Your mario universe videos are great btw, I understand why people get upset but personally I prefer to at least see someone enjoying it rather than see nothing at all.. I get betas can be kinda annoying when you can't get in.. I'd love an invite but there's plenty of other mario games to pick and choose from :) )

Every time he jumps and falls by mistake, I stop breathing and gasp sharply like I'm playing it. lol

I was hoping Bowser would fall on your head from above in 1-4, but nope. He doesn't even shoot any fire at you from where he is in the lava, so climbing past him is easy peasy. Also, it's strange that there was a goal sphere at the start of 2-1, letting you skip it entirely and go straight to the water level 2-2.

I was expecting bowser to fall towards you when you got to the bridge.
