Just a silly swift video capturing a brand new retro "Mario Memory" for myself by completing Super Mario Bros on All Stars from 1993 on a SNES Mini for the first time. Really enjoyed my stint back to the classic 2D Mushroom Kingdom shenanigans for my challenge in the Shan & Raza Cup.🍄⭐️🕹🏆🍀

And that my friend is how to kick Marios ass well played and when you got hit near the end I was in stitches at the panic stage 🤣 I have a recording and got beat off the first bowser so will be definitely be doing it again instead of uploading my terrible effort 🙂👍

Haha panic stations! Felt like it could of all fallen apart at the final hurdle for a second.🤣 Ah there's only ever good efforts in this challenge buddy only takes a second to lose a life in these games haha. Looking forward to your video an Mario style man, all good fun!🕹💪⭐️🍀

Indeed haha flying lava fish an ole Mario can breath underwater not a bother, there's different rules in that neck of the woods for sure.🍄😂🕹🍀

Thanks Marc, getting burnt by a fire breathing tortoise monarch would put any Irishman into panic stations mode haha, now that you mentioned it Nintendo really never opted for that Trophy/Achievement route at all did they.⭐️🚫🏆🍀

Very noice and good job, despite that near-death experience at the end there with Bowser 🙏🤘👏👏👏👏👏But honestly that's a tricky one when he's hurling all those hammers at you! I kept thinking that this was the Bowser castle where they make you go through a puzzle to get to Koopa at the end but that's in Super Mario 3.

I was never worried about that ole King Koopa clash haha there's 3 "puzzle" type castles in the original game this is one of them but I remembered the route so didn't get sent back to any starting areas. There's loads of interesting levels in Mario 3 indeed! I beat that again only a few weeks ago an uploaded a wee memory video too, fun nostalgic times! Nice one my friend!🌱🍄🌅🍀

Haha thanks very much Jon, Marc said similar an it got me thinking, Nintendo really didn't embrace the whole gaming Trophy/Achievement phenomenon at all at all did they.🤣 Are you tempted to go again Mario Memories wise or are you happy with the first epic adventure?🍄⭐️🍀

I was thinking of you when those words came out of my mouth haha Fire underwater Fish folk jumping out of Lava all sorts going on, Mario apparently can breath perfectly underwater as well! Which I'm grateful for because I don't want any stressful drowning music like in Sonic haha.😅🐻🍀

Too kind Donna as always but I'll tell you I'm genuinely surprised how animal friendly the early Mario titles are in the sense of predominantly plant based power ups and you could easily try a Vegan or pacifist challenge in which you avoid all enemies bar possible ones that actively seek to harm you etc. Might try that sometime?🌱🤔🍄🕊🍀

Ah thanks Josh no shame there it's quite a difficult game at times especially say the last couple of Worlds. Luckily being so familiar with the original helped me here. You'd definitely clear it once you learn the death trap parts haha.⭐️🕹🍄🍀

Oh no I'd say I died 7 or 8 times total haha. Best I've done practice One Life wise is World 6-3 thus far, but I was so happy with how my first run went overall...until the ceiling bump lava bath moment of course🔥🤣 I'm leaning towards just having that first run as my score at the moment.🕹😁🍄🍀

Thanks Richard buddy, what happened here was I was practicing a fun no life run off camera and my first death was World 6-3ish but I decided to carry on to try complete the game even though I hadn't collected much coins or 1ups etc, I got to World 8-3 died a few times so saved there, got a game over an the way the saves work on this is they send you back to the start of the World you got game over in as small Mario with 5 lives, so I managed to beat it from there.🍄😂👍

Definitely quite beatable without saving though, once you learn the dangers in say World 7-8 they can be potential death traps. Such a fun classic title though...zapped back to my childhood a few times so I was haha.🕹🍄🍀

The first videogame I ever played! An excellent one to beat buddy well done, this is basically a 1993 remake of that 1985 original game with some slight changes. The final castle was pretty much exactly as I remembered though! Bar Mario getting a big smooch in a cage at the end haha.🍄🔥🍀
