I wish there was just an easy way to access this. If I didn’t have to go though an entire boss fight just to attempt this once, I would totally go for this.

I'm also trying to 100% the credits, so I'll give anyone who cares some tips: 1. Use the boosting spin badge, as seen here. It's the best badge for mobility, and many people on the internet may agree. 2. Avoid taking damage. Every time you take damage, your score goes down by 1. Therefore, getting a perfect score requires you to not get hit. 3. Play as a Yoshi. Some people may be objected to this, but Yoshi's invincibility is useless here, because the game still negates 1 point from your score when you get hit. Yoshi's extra mobility (the flutter jump) is still there, and Yoshi's tongue counts as touching a credit. 4. As with (almost) all challenging levels in (almost) any game, you must balance carelessness and determination. If you are too careless and stick with a "Oh well, I can always try again" attitude, you'll never put in enough effort to actually complete the challenge. On the other hand, if you are too determined, you'll put in so much effort that, after the first few times you fail, you give up, due to the challenge seeming impossible. Even if you give up for only, let's say, a few days, you'll still be "rusty" by then and you won't be as skilled at it.

This credits screen is amazing! I've only seen it once before, so I didn't remember it until now.

Also fitting that the time for the video is 4:37. Coincidence?

Better than NSMBU credits

Nice to see this possible in single player. I just finished NSMBU and it seems impossible to have a perfect score in the credits without help in multiplayer. This is even more so strange considering that the game's level design was made more with single player in mind than multiplayer, especially when you look at Wii's multiplayer-friendly levels, even if they often ended up feeling quite bland.
