This is part 26 of a 100% walkthrough for Super Mario Galaxy. This video includes the Final Bowser Boss fight in Bowser's Galaxy Reactor. This video also shows the ending and credits for the game. I still have more stars to collect after defeating the final boss so this is not the finale.

Actually, he didn't survive. None of them did. Rosalina was able to bring them back, and in doing so created a new galaxy. It's some confusing shit. Go watch Game Theory.

It's a time cycle, their old gal u died but a new one was created. Watch the ending again and it will make sense when Rosalina says the new galaxy carries everything even all of you.

I #@$ing loved how demanding, authoritive, and powerful Rosalina is in battle. Even though the observatory is quite flamboyant and colorful, you couldn't help but feel it was more powerful than all of Bowser's armies combined. She didn't even stammer in slight fear, she just understood the mission and the promise to uphold. "Go, Mario!" As she will hold the fort, fight these bastards that her omnipotent eyes behold.

Just imagine if it went from observatory mode to battleship mode when presented with a fight. Like when it sets in front of the castle, it appears with large battery guns to shoota at Bowser's fleet.

I love how she isn't even slightly concerned of being surrounded by an entire army. As flamboyant and colorful the observatory looks, you can't help but feel it is far more powerful than any of Bowser's armies can behold.

I played this game HOURS a day when I was a kid. Watching this literally made me cry. I remember playing this level like if it was yesterday. The Mario franchise was my whole childhood. It was hard typing this paragraph. I'm crying.

Mr. Robux g I was gasping for air, because the ending, as I posted earlier, the ending was DARK. life, death, and rebirth. that theme goes well for Batman and superman comics, but not Mario. Nintendo recreted a seen of a super nova, a menacing black hole, and a big bang. so everyone died, mario, little luma,princess, bowser, then their ashes scattered about universe, and came back, with possibly Mario remembering everything. very creative ending, but I wish they wouldve cut out the dieing part.

TheChocoChicken 2304 if you watch the movie, they're all dinosaurs. Goombas, Koopas, Yoshi, Bowser, Princess Daisy, they're all dinosaurs. The Mushroom Kingdom and Princess Peach aren't mentioned in the movie, it's just bull to add them. But Pauline was added I believe. Pauline is Mario's first damsel-in-distress.

I personally am in _love_ with this game, just everything about it, from the gameplay to the songs, it's absolutely beautiful. I played this when I was younger and grew attached the the game, I loved it so much. When I first completed it, I was so happy, I actually didn't understand the ending, mostly because I was younger and wasn't paying attention. I actually wanted to cry at the very end, not because it was sad, but because I felt the same way I did when I completed it as a young child. I was so emotionally attached the the game, words couldn't describe how I felt. I must congratulate Nintendo with this game, they did an amazing job with this game and honestly nothing can ever replace it. It's just a beautiful game, and they even managed to make Rosalina my favorite character of all time. Good job, Nintendo, for making such a beautiful game, and good job to you for playing this, especially without commentary. 😊

Tbh, the final boss ain’t really as hard as it should be, in fact, I beat it on my first try on the all stars remake. Tho I get why because the cutscene that follows makes it up. But at least Galaxy 1 final boss isn’t pitifully easy as the one in Galaxy 2.

Man, this ending was really good! I've beaten Odyssey, and the ending of that game didn't compare to this one in the slightest. In my opinion of course. It might just be nostalgia, but everything just felt like it was executed perfectly.

I myself loved Odyssey ending especially the music at the end of it all and the music at the end was fantastic. Never been a fan of Peach though myself. Anyways besides that, this final boss and just the whole stage itself was so awesome. Now the fight is what some may say too easy but it never bothered me that much. I mean, you get to fight in the center of the universe and then in the middle of that lava dome. The music was also super fantastic. Bowser being mega sized in the second game was just weird in my opinion but oh well. This final boss fight is my second favorite boss in the Mario series with Super Mario 64's final boss battle with Bowser being my favorite, and that was pretty difficult. It won't compare to grand coolness that this had but it was still awesome.

I love how Mario is so determined to save Peach. When Bowser isolates Mario and himself for a final showdown, Mario isn't anymore serious then now. He smacks Bowser and throughs him on his back, and Bowser looks up shocked knowing he isn't dealing with his average hero.

this is my favorite wii game and mario gsme (excluding the rpg ones). The levels were amazing and very well designed. Amazing music (favorite in the mario series.). I mean listen to the bowser fight. So intense. And the visuals and style still hold up well today.

It’s insane how Rosalina started out as an ordinary human girl who mourned her deceased mother, then became a literal God who’s possibly millions of years old that has so much magical capabilities that she was able to recreate the universe and all life as well. Rosalina, you’re awesome as hell and my favorite Mario character ever.

Bowser's Galaxy exploded, resulting in a black hole. Luma saw what happened and jumped out of Mario's hat. He wanted goodbye to Mario, and at that moment, Mario realized what was happening, and tried to lean forward and reached out his hands to try to grab luma, but it was too late. Linda jumped into the black hole along with other lumas to neutralize it. They all sacrificed with a willing heart. Mario stood there helplessly watching the lumas die for him to live. There, Mario was probably crying, seeing his buddy that tagged along with Mario along the journey dying just because of something that his enemy caused. But he knew that friends come and go.

The werid thing is, Miyamoto wasnt a fan of the complexity and side stories of Galaxy, and thats why Galaxy 2 lacks more of these things (the things that made 1 great). Rosalina and the whole Comet Observatory wasnt included in SMG2 for this reason

The ending always made me cry and it was a really emotional moment seeing it again on my switch. It's incredible just how well this game holds up especially for a game that is 13 years old. Honestly you could erase everyone's memories of this game and release it as a new game and people would believe it.

Most climatic and epic final gauntlet in a mainline Mario game HANDS DOWN. From the sequence where the Comet Observatory departs to break into Bowser's Galaxy, the Fate of the Universe perfect name for the mission, THE EPIC SONG AND BADASS WALK IN OMG And, while not that much of a challenging fight, a 100% tense, dramatic and epic final showdown with Bowser. Jr arriving, the song again kicking in as we see Bowser, the fight begins and that superb final phase soundtrack, GOD ITS SO GOOD No mainline Mario game has matched the sheer epicness and intensity of this entire Final level. 3D World, NSMBWII, 3D Land and Galaxy 2's themes are great and epic too but here, almost everything clicked perfectly

Wow, Super Mario Galaxy 1 actually explains the beam of light that pulls/pushes you (it reappears in SMG2 in the final bowser castle, but there it's only a strange thing. Why did them implement it only to use it twice in the game at useless places?) and the appearing blocks (Rosalina sends them as help).

This game is my favorite video game of all time! I really love the Bowser fights it provides us with! The sequel's Bowser fights are surprisingly worse, but overall, both games are awesome! I'm giving Mario Galaxy the slight edge!

Still watching this gameplay...and the sacrifice of the Lumas and the baby stars scene made me cry when I was a child, to be honest from all the Mario games this one impacted my heart, it was one of the best games from my young childhood...
