RECENT UPDATE , joel swears at hoarders in general and at peanut gallery, take a ride with me on number 56 , restoration of homes is a lost art, this one not as old as last one i did a 100% interior to period, except kitchen renovation..... (it was built in 1897 4,000 sq ft merchant class residence at 124 W north ave in milwaukee Wi) THIS ONE WAS BUILT 1955 AND PURCHASED FROM ORIGINAL OWNERS FAMILY AND is in slightly worse shape, this house is tiny ,has 585 sq ft foot print, the garage is 60.5 feet wide X 40.5 feet deep, 2400+ interior floor footprint on the garage, that could be modified in living space.......HOUSE MAY STILL COMEDOWN even so everything has to removed before dropping of house, this whole thing could be subdivided and that is still on the table, just over 1/2 acre of land all with views of lake Michigan.
