Officially and I repeat, there is an official scan supervised by Toho, (if you don't understand which one, I can give you a screenshot of it) Spacegodzilla manipulates a structure in 4 Dimensions (4D) and spacegodzilla is 6 times stronger than Mecha King Ghidorah. The Mecha Ghidorah manual thing is a narrative way of saying that Ghidorah returned from the future to finish his job of killing Godzilla, teleporting to the past does not make you control a 5-D structure. If so, then he could manipulate time in five dimensions as many times as he wanted, even taking Godzilla charging and traveling through time at the same time.

The only kaijus that reach multiversal scale in 5-D is Keizer Ghidorah who wields antigravity through his gravity beams and has pocket cosmic power in five Dimensions. And Bagan from the Nes "Super Godzilla" video game, who was so powerful even to Heisei Godzilla that he had to use a transformation to fight him.
