He always gets shoutouts at GDQ, but I don't think people are listening. They need to see this beautiful bastard. They need to see him plow through Super Metroid while listening to Emperor cranked to 11 in order to fully understand.
Congratulations! Thank you for your dedication to what I think is the best game ever. Seriously, watching runs from years ago, I didn't think it could go this far. Truly legendary stuff mate.
Everytime I see a new Behemoth video pop up, I am very happy! Congrats on the 1:13! Btw.: To be fair, Manowar is so over the top and cheesy that it's cool again :D
Just when RU-vid was becoming boring, Behemoth drops an epic video; Further lowering the WR for Super Metroid. My kids will be watching all this 10+ years from now 😂, Good job man.
For those with OCD let me put your mind at ease. The Missile he skips at 8:10 he goes back for at 32:50. Insane run man! I'll never understand how this is even possible, there's so many complex movements and timesavers that need to be frame perfect on every section and yet over the course of an hour you only missed like 6 with slight slip ups. I know this isn't TAS, but are you yourself a Tasbot? Liked and subbed!
i dont remember super metroid looking this clean and crisp on the snes when i was younger .. . . like the frame rate and high quality detail of the backgrounds seem weird
It's a question of if, not when i get spin jump under control, but if it happens then i see 100% going as low as a 10 minute speedrun, oatsP serious answer 1:13:2x-3x
Well Im surprised it would take 10 minutes. I have an old notebook from back in the 90's when me and my pet unicorn used to play, and it says I did it in "like no time flat". You could probably save at least 30 minutes on better elevator control alone.
Dude this is freakin fuckin realistically awesome! A question tho, joystick brand and buttons figure plz. I suppose u play on emulator why i ask about de joystick. Keep it up bad ass
Do you repair your own controllers or do you know a place to get ones that work pretty well? I don't have my old ones anymore and most of the ones I can find online have buttons that are either really stiff or unresponsive.
My controller uses a multitude of parts from other pads that felt good to me. I too have bought a few online that weren't up to par but it's worth doing surgery on them to salvage any individual parts that may be better than what you already have and seeing what you can come up with. Having a good working snes pad in this day and age is troublesome to say the least, but make sure you open them up to clean them first of all to see if that helps any primary issues.
I feel like with headphones the game is nicely audible. It's a delicate balance when having two sound sources to where there's a loudness war between me and the game if i turn the game up a bit more but I can experiement with the levels for the future.
