Hello my darlings, today let's learn how to make a super easy Eggless Moist Chocolate Cake. No eggs and no butter.
Here's what you'll need:
EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
Whole milk 3/4 cup (190g) or (for vegans you can use almond or soy milk)
vinegar 1 tsp (5g)
cooking oil 1/4 cup (60g)
all purpose flour1 cup (125g)
Icing sugar 1 cup (100g)
cocoa powder ½ cup (60g)
baking powder 1 tsp (5g)
baking soda ½ tsp (3g)
salt ½ tsp (3g)
CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
Semi sweet chocolate 1 cup (140g)
Heavy cream (hot) 3/4 cup (180g)
(Tip: If you want your frosting to be in thicker consistency, then let it chill for 15 minutes.)

كل دقيق الدقيق 1 كوب (125 جم)
سكر بودرة 1 كوب (100 جم)
مسحوق الكاكاو ½ كوب (60 جرام)
مسحوق الخبز 1 ملعقة صغيرة (5 جرام)
صودا الخبز ½ ملعقة صغيرة (3 جرام)
ملح ½ ملعقة صغيرة (3 جم)
الشوكولاته القاناش:
نصف كوب من الشوكولاتة الحلوة (140 جم)
كريمة ثقيلة (ساخنة) 3/4 كوب (180 جم)
(نصيحة: إذا كنت تريد أن يكون صقيعك في تناسق أكثر سمكا ، فاتركه يبرد لمدة 15 دقيقة.)

Tried this. Turned out really really good and crumbly. Just a little dark ( I mean, it was less sweet) for my liking. But works perfectly with a milk chocolate ganache. Thanks for the recipe :)

I have tried many receipes for eggless cake. None I found that came out well. Tried this today and to my surprise, it was amazingly good. Just 180 deg for 25 minutes in oven and it was perfect. Quite airy and light as it should be. Can be eaten without the CHOCOLATE GANACHE as well.

Just tried it 2 hours ago. Simple to follow and easy to prepare. But 60g of oil.. I felt a bit too much. May consider to reduce it for my next tried. I only used 50g sugar. Turn out to be good too. Thanks for sharing
