Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour/cake flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I recommend using good quality cocoa powder)
1 cup granulated sugar/white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk (substitute 1/2 cup milk + 1/2 tbsp vinegar)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp coffee powder
1/2 cup hot water
