Omg I tried it today I'm a 15 year old who hates baking and cooking today I actually first time made a cake and this cake omg it was so juicy soft I'm a huge cake lover and this recipe was so easy and quick I enjoyed it! I made this cake a few days ago the only thing that I changed was I cut back on the sugar , suffice to say it came out perfect. I made my wife try it out and when I asked her how was it she was crying! Apparently it took her back to when she was a kid. Okay I gave a piece to two of my wife's friend. One had huge argument 🤣 with her daughter and grand kids over the cake and the other one a multimillionaire who owns a restaurant business who has dedicated chefs ate the cake so fast that she never gave a piece to her husband or kids. So yeah I this is winner for me

Yes, but I recommend semi-sweet chocolate (about 40% cacao) or even milk chocolate. Because if you use dark chocolate (over 60%) the mixture will be too thick and hard to mix with the whipped cream.

I didn't make the Nutella part but just the sponge. Mind you, i had to use equal coconut milk to milk in place of the yogurt and also added chopped chocolate pieces in.... Didn't rise as high but tatses amazing and is lovely, moist and dense....

When making a cake, it's always better to use the ingredients at room temperature. You can pour the milk mixture over the cake while still hot, but make sure the cake is cooled before adding the mousse on top.

When I tried placing the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture, the whipped cream goes liquid and the chocolate mixture gets bumpy. Do you have any advice on how to keep the texture ?

Did you use a spatula or wire whisk? As you can see in the video, when I notice the mixture starts to get a bit lumpy, I change the spatula to a wire whisk because it helps to mix the whipped cream evenly into the chocolate mixture. And it's also important to mix the whipped cream in three or four additions.

I recommend you look for another chocolate cake recipe without eggs, like this one: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fOoPd_qaVt8.html You can still use the Nutella milk mixture and the Nutella frosting with this other cake. In baking, every ingredient has its purpose. If you skip, substitute, or change the amount of an ingredient, you'll have different results.

You can use two 6-inch pans. If you use just one, I think the cake will be too tall. The problem is that it will take longer to bake in the middle, and you may end up with a cake with burned or dry edges.

This frosting isn't stable enough for cupcakes, especially on hot days. You can whip on low speed for a few seconds until just combined.

Hello...I made this recipe...! The overall taste was really good ..But..the combination of melted chocolate in the frosting had dominated the flavour of Nutella...if you truly want the taste of Nutella...add very less amount of melted chocolate and more Nutella...don’t add melted chocolate as stated in the recipe!

U can use apple sauce instead of eggs ,I ve done it since one of my daughters is vegan,so use unsweetened apple sauce 1/4 cup per egg or plain yogurt ,same measurements!You can use tofu ,bananas but it may taste too much like bananas ,for banana bread is ok and some other recipes too,flaxseed ground also can be used instead of eggs
