Man, they're really sleeping on Piccolo in the series. They even introduced the Super Dragon Balls created by a namekian god. Why not just give Piccolo a Namekian God form?

Piccolo honestly deserves a god transformation in Super

This is what Piccolo not only needs, but deserves. he trains just as hard as Goku and Vegeta. if Piccolo was a saiyan, he'd be just as strong as Goku (if not stronger).

I've never understood why Piccolo could never achieve god status. Odd how it's only Goku and Vegeta so far, which is kinda lame. If Saiyans can, why can't other races as well?

Here's what we need in one of the last arcs of Super during an all out war arc. Everybody splits up and trains. Goku trains his sons. Vegeta trains his son. They are all in the RoSaT at once. Goku and Vegeta will have an incredible fight within there to show their sons what they need to surpass. On earth Krillin will discuss something with Bulma. He will ask her about artificial enhancements.... he wants to protect his family and reach new heights of his power. He asks Tien and Yamcha to join him. Piccolo is all alone and he goes on a quest to Namek. He will discover a ancient Namekian secret and reach Godly ki powers on New Namek. (Or he will merge with multiple Namekians. Maybe this idea can be even more badass. It would be more unique than just godly ki. He merges with lots of Namekian warriors and becomes even more powerfull). During this war Krillin, Tien and Yamcha get their moment to shine against henchmen level fighters. They kick their asses and they get really cool moments where they dominate. Piccolo will fight a 'captain class' warrior. The Saiyan kids will also fight other captains. Goku and Vegeta face the main baddy. It's a fight on multiple fronts. We jump from fight to fight.

Piccolo just became the new god of destruction.

Piccolo is my favorite character. The way he transformed from evil to good to always having Gohan's back is so awesome. He deserves to have this kind of power.
