Smash Gyoza! They come together in minutes and are delicious, you’ve gotta give them a try!
Macros (3 Gyoza):
Calories: 101
Protein: 9.7
Fat: 1.4
Carb: 12.2
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Chicken
1.5 cup Green Cabbage* (finely chopped)
3 stocks Green Onion
1 tbsp Garlic Minced
2 tsp Ginger Minced
1 tbsp Chicken Bouillon
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
40 gyoza wrappers
Cabbage* - Salt the chopped cabbage and let soften for 10-15 mins then press out excess water before mixing in to the filling.
Cooking:
Steam for 1-2 minutes with some water then flip and cook uncovered for another 1-2 minutes until the wrapper is golden brown
