A yes the time where Srw let attack animations take their time and didn't rely on squiggly lines and red filters filling the screen to make attacks look cool
also little details like the thrusters on the nose cool angles, and the sprites have a lot of variations they have a nice sense of speed as well, you can tell each mode of the VF flies at different speed with the durand flying at super speed in the end in other words they're soul
true, :( wish they went back to making smaller sprite models and not "HD" but boring animations, heck even W had more interesting animations than the newer ones.
@@RivanEXT99 yea sure, but for me it was MX portable because they used the same graphics engine for the OGs and OGG and it felt really organic, Z2 was good too, UX and BX did feel a bit rigid for my taste but it is still one of the best. Even Alpha 3 puts the newer games to shame, not only did they remove dynamic kills but also cut the attacks and durations on so many units, it just isn't fun anymore.
Depends on the Gundam being fought. Macross Plane Mechs are no match to God-tier Gundams like 00 Quanta, Unicorn, Dark Turn-A, AGE-FX, etc. Gundams with Long range and Close range weaknesses like Barbatos Lupus Rex and Wing Zero has chances of being defeated.
@@silkwind7618Uhh, but the Macross Variable Fighters, especially the VF-25 and YF-29, are able to go up to Mach 5 and have a lot of armaments and whatnot. Meanwhile, most of the Gundams are pretty slow in comparison, and the only Gundams I see being able to match the VFs are the Wave Rider Gundams, those that can also turn into Fighter-Jet-looking vehicles.
@@GearHead36the 00 raiser and Quant, turn a can teleport. God Gundam is literally a super robot as much as I like Macross I don't think they would win the against the higher tier gundams.
