I think the build is stunning, I think one day there will be RC auto shows where scratch builders can showcase creations , get some money flowing in to this hobby , I have to wonder if theres any way to paint models and not have the body blemished by fuel , i know that almost none of the regular Lexan paints are worth a damn , we need some genuine auto paints that won't be too difficult to source and spray .
Double D got excited when I seen the gasser after your brake 4or5 years ago you stopped with that Tamiya stuff once in awhile you can see a bruiser can't wait to see the gasser run 👍✌️
Fabulous find Dennis, thanks for sharing this gem. Limco 203 works great for removing that glue residue. Works for lots of surfaces without marring them. That car is coming along really nice.
for that being a oem honda part i really cant see finding anything else more perfectly suited for such an application. it would have to be a one off custom hand built piece and it still wouldnt meet the level of scale realism and fit and finish
It's amazing what China is doing , I buy all the scale parts for the 1/14 trucks from China , and they untouchable ! Years back I bought a genuine 4 speed planetary gearbox with a disc brake for a tractor truck and the gears were zinc alloy and heat treated , just insanely realistic , they stopped making them as they had small errors , I wish toyan would release a ready to assemble automatic/ manual gearbox I think people would go crazy for that , and some drop in kits for things like the bc8 mammoth , I'd opt for disc brakes and a manual friction style clutch , that would really be a handful to drive up a mountainous course ! Is your lovely Camaro back in one piece ? , man that was heartbreaking to see ! .
Hi Dennis, bloody good videos, can I pick your brains I've ordered the enjmore V8 & also the V12,is there a better realistic carb option out there, also who did you get the radiator water bottle from, also any advise what to watch for on the engines...many thanks...
sorry for the late reply, I have been searching for a scale carb for these engines but not much luck so far, I put the link to Kenny's ebay auction on one of my recent videos in the description,
