Love a nice simple and easy shampoo, condition, and style. It looks like you know how to take care of your hair very well to me. This is how I do my hair in the shower in a few minutes as well. I never figured out how to flat twist or corn row so I put a humectant gel in and shake for a WnG or use a leave-in or mousse for a twist out. I don't deep condition unless my hair needs it. My favorites are Obia Naturals, Aquage SeaExtend, AG Hair Nourish Mushroom, and Coco & Eve Coconut & Fig.

Queen Helene is a bomb deep conditioner, I use it as pre poo and I love it! A great shampoo and conditioner is V05 volume and bounce in my opinion.
