I played with Tabuu enough times, so I can still tell this is indeed intense mode. Even if it's not, judging by the speed of his attacks, it is at least in very hard mode. It was lucky enough for him to have Tabuu doing a lot of "long" (4 seconds) and "medium" (3 seconds) teleports, and not a lot of short teleports (1~1.5 seconds).
@Alex64778 He probably beat Tabuu without recording, then went into the secret door in the ruins, which opens AFTER you beat Tabuu, then he versed Wolf, and unlocked him. Toon link is in the forest, Jigglipuff is in the swamp. The 3 doors will only open if you beat Tabuu on any difficulty.
I remember when I used to play this game twenty-four seven I could beat Tabuu on my first try with kirby, meta knight, Lucario, or marth... (Of course X3)
ur good with mario defensively but dont be afraid to attack tabuu up close when he uses his multiple punch attack. as long as ur behind him he can't hurt u with that attack. try using pikachu and link with mario against tabuu. i think they r very effective against him.
@kirbyfan3000 if you noticed that when his Ike was killed ny the golden brackets in one hit, you know its intense mode, cause thats the only time it can OHKO
well, if you could, i wwould suggest that next time you face him, if you can choose the characters that you use, i suggest you choose your best characters, i'm naturally talented at this game so since i've never actually played it before, but i know that all five of my best would be in order from worst to best, Luigi, Pit, Marth, Sonic, Fox, when i play as fox, I'm almost a god on this game
Oh don't worry I remember one try when I was on my last guy and as soon as I spawned in he did that golden thing, btw what dodge did you use for the waves? Mine work for only so long.
Generally, you want to pick your best characters, not just powerful ones, since they powerful characters are generally heavy and can't even reach Tabuu before he starts teleporting if they're on opposite ends of the stage. Also, it'd help if you used spotdodges for almost all of his attacks, not just the RROD attack, since rolling out of the way might also result in you getting hit at the end of the rolling/moving animation. And uh, Serge, it's 6 people, not 5.
I say very hard. I remember playing a lot of intense mode of this fight and he's more powerful and faster than in this video. When i comment 2 years ago, i was being a nerd because i actually pay attention to how tabuu plays.
you kno what made me hate tabuu really quick? i was facing him on intense mode. and my last person was fox. so i was about to kill him. then a soccer ball came. i tried to hit him with it but he used his wings attack. i kno how to dodge them.....but he hit the soccer ball and out of all the places the ball could of went it hit me instead -_- i was so pissed i didnt even play brawl for awhile i just walked away.
as a matter of fact always use charizard. he is the best boss fighter in the game. his rock smash is quick and powerful against all bosses plus it has little end-lag.
my friend and i were beating all the bosses on intense and we were 1 hit from destroying porky when my sistyers bf tripped over my gamecube controler and the game stopped and we were taken back to the wii menu. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
my set on tabuu (try it out please) -kirby3 -meta knight2 -marth1 -fox4 -sonic6 -bowser5 oops i mean -marth -meta knight -kirby -fox -bowser -sonic :D (it was the only set i could beat tabuu on intense
tabuu is easy except for hes wing attack, i always get hit by the third ring. take fast characters cuz slow chars get pwned very easy. try completing the "final final battle" on hard difficulty. i completed it : P hard i tell ye

how is this intense because if it was tabuu will be moving and telaporting in fast motion plus if it was on intense u would have died on the second time tabuu atacked you this is on easy i could tell because i play alot of brawl
