I like to imagine that they made an official GBC version that worked with the Transfer Pack and had compatibility with Super Smash Bros. Not sure what would be transferred, but some connectivity.

I remember discovering this game, back when it was new. When I saw Rivals of Aether, I felt the animation and movement looked too similar to be a coincidence, and tried to look up the creator of both to see if there was a connection.

Definitely captured the Gameboy graphical aesthetic, looks great It would be cool if it had a Super Gameboy Mode you could unlock that added some colors and maybe a few voice samples 🤔

I had no idea that there was a Game boy inspired demake of smash bros. I'm glad that the characters they include were characters that would be possible at time at the Game boy was on the market as opposed to adding characters that hadn't even existed in the 1990s. I actually remember seeing somebody make some kind of rom hack or whatever the case may be of what was a DS version of Super smash Bros. I saw it in the late 2000s although my goodness it looked like trash. But this game boy looking one actually surprisingly looks very playable and looks like fun

played this demake like 10 years ago and loved it, there are other smash fan games that are very good (one for "nes" and one and a few with a hell lot of characters like SSF2)

I played that too and I found it pretty impressive as a gameboy demake :D And Tower of Heaven should be released on switch cos it's an interesting Plattformer with a damn great Soundtrack :D
