Timing Method Used:
Timing Starts on Hitting Start
Timing Ends on Receiving the message that the Last Stage was Unlocked.
The luck I got with Vaporeon shouldn't have happened, but somewhere, I managed to get Vaporeon during Arcade Mode, saving me ~1/3 of the time.
