Super smooth NO GRIT buttercream RECIPE | How To 

Try this amazing grit free buttercream recipe. It’s similar to Swiss meringue- in that it’s light and fluffy- it’s also not as as sweet as American buttercream.
It will mix well with food colours, and it pipes beautifully.
Ingredients are -
Icing sugar 165g (make sure you sieve it)
Milk or water 40g (boiled)
Butter 200g (salted)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
