No school in India does this..Had the school been in country like Japan, this could have been a normal thing..If parents will know about such activities in India, they will take their children out of school immediately..So keep your little knowledge to u itself..
In Tamilnadu, we will make 'Aappam' which is almost like this. With the combination of coconut milk/cow milk with sugar. This is a famous kerala recipe too.
My mother will do this often.. we call it as borugulu dosa [puffed rice] ... We can do uppindi also with this.. Thanks for sharing.. my all time favourite :)
Feeling a bit 🤷♀️ confused, as the recipe says mummra dosa and when we see the written recipe it says Bun dosa 🤔 Also you didn’t mention how long do we need to ferment the batter. I follow a lot of your recipes, and they all have very clear instructions. Thanks 🙏🏻
