@@camulodunon It absolutely cannot. I had a snes and geneses back in the day. The geneses did its original music well (like sonic) but when it did 3rd party tracks it almost always had the worst version.
I know that the home brewers today have tools that the original programmers would kill for; however, seeing what you enthusiasts are achieving has me wondering if Capcom were purposefully sandbagging.
