Doing a little research about Hakan, Viper decides to add him on the scouting list, when she suns into him in person, she sees that his file was a little wrong about him and viper decides that Hakan isn't worth scouting, this get Hakan mad a starts a fight. Against Hakan, I would say Viper can stand up to him, just not very long, Enjoy.

I think Hakan is Viper's perfect counter, sort of like Zangief, it really doesn't make much sense making him Viper's rival (Salty Scrub speaking :D)

@AQWorldMelzar Hakan uses Olive oil I think Gasoline/Petroleum is the type of Oil that starts a fire. I could be wrong though.

@AQWorldMelzar Cooking oil doesn't catch fire easily. It's the reason why frying pans don't go up in flames when you cook with olive oil.
