would it not be easier to just use 4x4's and then route 3/4" slots? I'm thinking of making this, but thats what I have on hand, is a small sheet of 3/4" ply and a couple of 4x4's

Excellent design and execution, Andriy. Looks right for my situation too. I'll have to use hard pine, but I think it'll still be OK. Incidentally, you must be glad to be rid of the dust, even though that collection system is a bit noisy.

Great idea for the wall rack.Could you have made a mobile rack? You definitely have the room.I worry that you'll fall while getting a piece of wood.

Hi nice work but please re look how you are using the jointer you should never run you body, like fingers and hands over the cutters and wear a mask . I am not the heath a safety police just a viewer with many years of experience in trade word working sharing some advice to help and I hope never anything happenings.
