Simple and tasty beef/cow meat light soup
#beef #soup #ghana
INGREDIENTS
600g beef or cow meat
100g cow tripe
100g cow liver
100g toloo beef(salted beef)
2 large tomatoes
2 large red onion
20g red chilies
50g carrot
2 cloves garlic
5g ginger
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon beef seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups of water
Please feel free to add any spices of your choice😍
