In this video I decide to tackle a more rare cut of meat in BBQ. That cut of meat is beef cheeks. Beef cheeks can be a hard cut of meat to find and an even harder cut to smoke if you are new to this cut.
Beef cheek is one of the hardest working muscles on the cow as they are eating all day working that jaw muscle where the cheek is located. That being said this can be a tough cut of meat so the key is low and slow.
I will show you the best way to get awesome results with beef cheek. If you try beef cheek this way you will understand why this cut of meat is so delicious.
