Cool man, I got him too and I only had 11k and I spent 6k gems to get him along with almost all the characters from the Alliance case, just missing the titan cameraman acid but i happy
so how to get him is there a door way that you have to have 100k kills for to enter and in there you can find update titan clock and the things you well need to get him
