Did you try and rotate the whole thing 5 degrees at a time to see if wind direction efficiency can be improved?

whatever you call this technology you cannot claim intelectual property because it exists for years. It is most known as ODVG - Omni-Direction-Vane-Guide

Imagine a little DC motor as a test load generating milliwatts, and see if you can significantly increase the output. Otherwise, it's a gadget.
