Hi Bhong. So sorry to have missed your message. Thank you so so much for trying our recipe. We hope your resto business will prosper even more in the new year. 👍🏻👍🏻
Tried this dish for my dinner tonight’s, my kid love it!!🥰 The taste also delicious....😋😋 a little seem like marmite sauce!! Anyhow thanks for your teaching and introduced new dishes for my family!!👍👍
Hi, any chance that you can show on your stove knob what medium fire means? I seriously cannot get the medium fire heat right...always end up dbl frying and overcooking. Its messy.
I made coffee ribs last night and last month using instant coffee (because I can't get the 3 in 1 here in Japan). I did not use the recipe in this video (which I will use on my 3rd try) but instead used recipes from other videos. The coffee I have on hand is Nescafe Excella. The first try, the sauce was very bitter. The second try, I reduced the coffee. It was still rather bitter and I had to add a lot more sugar. I used about 3/4 tablespoon for about 1.3kg of ribs last night. I would recommend that you put it in little by little and taste as you go along the sauce boiling process. That is what I would do for my 3rd try! I think I will try with 1 teaspoon and increase (or not) from there for my third try.
Good morning Carol. The brand that we used was Indocafe- about 20g each pack. The ribs turned out just nice for us. If you are worried about the sweetness, you can omit the honey. Happy cooking!
Hi Diana. We have an oil can which is used to keep our used oil. We will use the oil for about 3 fries before discarding it. We got the oil can from a departmental store. It comes with a sieve to help catch any residues left in the oil from each fry. Hope this helps. Happy shopping!
Thank you. I made your lemongrass chicken satay last night and it was the best I have ever made. The sauce was yummy too. Your recipes are fantastic and your videos so easy to learn from. I’m a big fan 🙏🙏🙏
something that i never even dare to dream of cooking, lol will try it someday but still don't dare! Anyway, is it a hint that you're going to make wasabi prawns next!
Hello hello. You like yanxi too? 🤓🤓 we loved the show. Ah wasabi prawns - we already have a video on it. Here you go: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-W-Uevuqipoo.html
Good morning Simon. Yes can but please coat the ribs with more cornflour first. Temp wise, you can try 160C for 15 mins then 190C for 5 mins. Please check to ensure the ribs are cooked through. Happy cooking!
Hi Tequila&Tea. Yes it is cos of the bitterness of coffee. If you don’t want it to be too bitter, you can either add more sugar or reduce the amount of coffee used. Thank you so much for trying our recipe 🤓🤓🤓
