Installation of Tuffy Tire liners on a Super73 RX. Non professional person performing the install. One comment - if I remove the wheels again in the future, I'll probably cut the liners back to where they only wrap around the tube once and not the 1.5 times that it does. I noticed the wheels are slightly out of balance now. I can't tell the difference while riding so far, but in the video, while the bike is upside down and the wheel comes to a stop, you can see how unbalanced the wheel is now. :)

Thanks for the video👍🏼 honestly I left the chain on tho. took it off the front crank flipped it off the bottom rear sprocket that gave me enough room to changed the tube and put a liner in..

I took a picture of mine before taking the wheel off and the tensioner spring did wrap under that bolt but when I went to put it back it was just sitting on its side in a groove like yours. Did you ever figure out how to get it back the way it should be, wrapped under the bolt?

is it not possible to do this without removing the complete wheel? i think i would have tried that first.. mine is coming in from the US on thursday here in the netherlands and i will try to get hhose in without removing the wheels..

Diid you put the liner on the front wheel too, or just changed the tube? Good instructions on this though! You got a sub Was the warbling of the front wheel due to the tire not being beaded to the rim correctly? Or do you think it was the liner that's creating that wonky wheel?

Ok so I see that you are screwed if you get a flat while out and about! Maybe a can of that leak sealer would be a good thing to keep with you on a ride.

just buy them on ebay, with paypal, i just bought them there.. its of course a little bit more expensive but its always better them fixing your flats..
